The mission of the Reeves County Recreation Center is to offer a seamless integration of our services, which include performance and fitness, nutrition, massage, physical therapy, aquatics, childcare, along with sports and recreation all under one roof. With that mission, the goal of the Health and Wellness Initiative is to offer all Reeves County employees access to these integrated services and more in order to promote a healthier physical and mental well-being. This holistic employee wellness program will allow each employee to expand his or her physical, mental, emotional, and financial health. In turn, this will help create a healthier and happier team of individuals with a better positive culture, higher employee engagement, lower turnover rate, and higher productivity.

As an added benefit and perk for working for Reeves County, each employee will have the opportunity to sign-up and register for the following:

Health & Wellness Package:

• Includes monthly membership to the Rec. ($300 annual value)
• Includes a 1x annual physical and mental health consultation and assessment. ($75 annual value)
• Includes a 1x annual nutrition consultation and assessment. ($75 annual value)
• Includes up to ½ off all other Rec services.
• Includes ½ off membership discount for household family members (i.e., spouse, kids, etc.).
